Early morning commute
AA couple of mornings a week I throw the bike in the back of my truck and bring it to work a . I'll ride home and catch a ride with a co-worker the next day. Yesterday I did this, but today I decided to ride my bike in. I wanted to be in at 6 so I had to leave my house before 6:15. I was a little bit concerned with the cycling conditions at that time, but I fount it to be quite nice.
1. It was nice and cool 2. Few cars 3. Ride to work (Fontana to Ontario) is downhill 4. hardly even sweated, didn't take one zip of water I can get in some more weekly mielege if I do this a couple of times a week and save more on gas! |

Thanks dude but actually joining up with my wife at the gym after work. I'm probably riding home from work tomorrow and doing the SART on Sunday around 7 AM if you want to tag along. Either Green River or Wier Canyon to PCH and back

Some of my most serene moments were when I commuted from Pasadena to Sun Valley by bike at 5:30am. Most of the world just hasn't woken up yet, so it's peaceful, and you get to work feeling awake and moving. I suggest you stock up on Winter gear if you want to continue through December.

I do my saturday rides at 6:30 in the morning, perfect out at that time of the day.
