Gnat Protein, How Much is Enough???

Riding SART yesterday I ingested a large quantity of gnats (or whatever they are) between 91 and Angel stadium (it seemed typically that they hovered near the underpasses). Can I count their combined protein attributes towards my daily total???

Whatever you do, don't eat the ones near the sewage treatment plant by PCH. You'll be getting a lot more than protein.

If there is water in the riverbed, it's either gnats or wind. Take your pick.

Depending on how many gnats you ingested, I'll say your protein, carbs and fat requirements are satisfied for the week.

Did you have some gatorade to wash it down?
