Construction on the MTS trail (Harvard near Edinger/Irvine Center)

There is a lot of maintenance/construction on southbound Harvard Blvd., just south of the intersection with Edinger/Irvine Center Drive. At one point last week both of the car lanes were closed and the traffic was routed into the bike lane. Today, it appeared that only the far left care lane was closed.
