Recommendation to a BF person or store to check my wheels?

I'd appreciate a good referral in South Bay or LA area to service my Shimano RS 80 wheelset.
I brought these wheels less than 6 mos from another rider. Somehow they don't feel right to me. They appear to be true and round. But
Its just feel like it's not spinning "freely" or as quick compare to my old Bontrager x-lite wheelset. ( which is an older wheels and a heavier one)

I would like to have someone who are more into wheel building to take am look at its.

I thought about Urbanknight but I think he moved and no longer active in the forum.

Any other suggestion is greatly appreciate.

Thanks

Try Ted's in Manhattan Beach, located roughly at 1st & Sepulveda, east side. Both Manny and Armando are ex-racers and are also excellent mechanics. They also build wheels and should be able to solve your problem.

Other bike shop I hear good things about is The Old Bike Shop in Hermosa Beach; on Pier Avenue just west of the fire station. Don't have any personal experience there; just what other folks say.
