New commute - Los Feliz to Culver City
After years of commuting to Santa Monica, our business is moving to Culver City. Looking for wisdom on the best route. It's pretty simple once you get to Redondo Blvd at La Brea, but before then it's quite a zig-zag. I've only ridden the new route once and I made a mess of bad street choices.
Anyone doing a similar route who wants to share?
Also looking forward to trying out the Red Line to the Expo Line.

Yeah, I'm much more used to my east-west route.
I'm going to around National and Hayden. Redondo to Venice Blvd seems to do the trick on the 2nd half of the ride.
But the north-south section of the first half is kinda hairy.

Fountain over to Vine and then take that south and it splits off to N Arden Blvd. Then either head west at 4th St over to near Redondo Blvd or just take keep heading south after Arden Blvd Ends on neighborhood streets until you pick up the start of Venice bike lanes??
Not sure if this is ideal, but from a quick look at Google Maps seems like it might be okay.
