best coffee shops/cafes for cyclists in SD

hey all - i'm looking for suggestions as to the most cyclist friendly coffee shops/cafes in san diego. i have some friends who are easing into the sport and i think casual rides with a stop to relax and get a bite (even a beer?) would be fun. i live in la mesa but am not averse to riding to OB, PB, la jolla. any recommendations?

always enjoy the big yellow, cycling friendly pannikin coffee place in encinitas on the 101.
the pizza ports in solana beach and ocean beach get high marks from me as well as fathom-
a great little beer bar on the shelter island pier. also enjoy the pizzeria luigi in golden hill on 25th and b
all of these places have a good, visible place to park your bike if you don't have a lock with you. easy to
keep an eye on your steed while in line. but you gotta keep an eye on your steed while in line/eating/drinking!

+1 on Java Depot in Solana Beach. Show up there almost anytime on any Saturday and it will be swarming with cyclists.

Just about any indie place. There's tons of them on the coast. Cafe Elysa in Carlsbad is great. Cafe Positano in RSF is a gem. The espresso is wonderful. I tiny place, it can get busy, but friendly. The woman working there one morning told me they would love to get more business from cyclists. Though not a cafe, the Circle K in Cameron Corners has always been welcoming. On a brevet, I had a nice chat and they let us use the nice employee restroom instead of directing us to the death trap port-o-john outside.

i wanted to stop there this morning but there was a bunch of cyclists there hogging the tables. I ended up at Starbucks in downtown Carlsbad.

Why did the group split at Sleeping Indian yesterday? Did I miss something?

I think a couple people slit off to go home. The group I was with was Saturday regular riders, it was a last minute decision to do the long ride and we started separate. I think all the regular long riders were doing the "Etape".

I ride the Coaster and bike, and there is a great indie right across the tracks from the Sorrento Valley station called Zumba
