Rider down near Dockweiler on Sunday sept 22

Does anyone know the condition of the rider who went down on the bike path at Dockweiler this past weekend? The incident occurred right where the RV park starts when going north. I was one of the first riders at the scene and left when we were asked to clear. Paramedics were administering CPR when I left

The bike path is a dangerous place for bikes! For one thing there is a lot of (illegal) non-bike traffic.

I thought there was another thread that indicated the guy had a heart attack that precipitated the fall and he didn't make it. But I can't seem to find the thread in this forum.

Yes, that's the one. It didn't occur to me that I might have read it on another site.

The guy that passed away looks to have had a lot of friends and was well loved. I've been riding by this sign for weeks now, without stopping to look. All those notes and pix are from his loved ones.

RIP

Right off the bike path at the RV park in Dockweiler. You can't miss it if you're riding northbound.
