Recommend a good route near Woodland Hills, CA
I'm going to be working near Woodland Hills, CA several days over the next month. I'd like to get a few rides in while I'm there.
Do any of you have a good 30+ mile route you could recommend?
I'd like to get up into the mountains (Mulholland, Stunt Road, Old Topanga, etc...) but my concern is road conditions & traffic. I'll be riding early morning on Thurs. or Fri. and I'm not sure if those roads are safe to ride at those times. (I'm not adverse to traffic and narrow roads, I just don't want to be overwhelmed)
Thanks in advance.

topanga will have the most traffic as it is a commuter route. mulholland should be good, stunt and piuma will have minimal traffic.

it is a bit steep in the beginning, but flattens out a bit halfway. If you will only be able to do one ride, do this.

I went early morning and the traffic wasn't too bad. Nice climbs & views. Piuma descent was fun.
