Trek Alpha 1.1 2011 Worth?? I would like to buy one.
Hi, lately I been looking at road bikes and I would greatly appreciate some recommendations.
I have my eyes on the Trek 1.1 2011. How much should I pay for a good condition used? CL Posting is at 500, should I even pay 450?
Bike blue book rates excellent condition at 350 but im sure I would even get close to that price.
Does anyone else have recommendations on bikes at the similar level?
I was test riding a Fuji Sportif 1.3 and that was ok, bike seemed to have a bumby ride and it just didn't feel right.
What other bikes should I consider or is trek a great recommendation?

What are the specs of the bike? Anything new on the bike that has been replaced?

To check pricing I go to ebay and do an advanced search for completed listings. Trek 1.1, no year specified, sold for $450, $575, $265 and $420.

Bikepedia shows it as $690 new. Pretty low end (Shimano 2300 group). $500 seems really high unless it has been upgraded.
