looking for someone to ride with in phoenix
 

hey, im dustin. i work for the city of scottsdale's bike program called handlebar helpers. in my spare time, i like to build custom rat rod bikes, and ride my single-speed road bike. recently, i started riding with a local club (azcrap.org). but the club only rides tuesday night, and im looking for some riding buddies for the rest of the week. im a clydesdale, but dont let it fool you, i can keep up. i only ride road/street for now. im looking preferably for others w/road bikes, any age, any size, any speed, preferably good for about 10-20 mile jaunts. i live in chandler, lmk if youre interested. thanks.

Check with local bike shops and see if they sponsor any rides. Also locate the Arizona Bicycle Club and GABA/Phx bike bulletins in some bike shops. That'll give you some scheduled rides in the PHX area.

Check out the bike club called Bullshifters. They're pretty big and have a good diversity of talent amongst their membership.
