In NM for the summer!

Hi everyone, I just got to new mexico today and it is beautiful!

just wanted to know if anyone out there is in albuquerque or socorro. I don't have a bike out here at the moment, but i may have to get a mtb if there is good, accessible biking in the area. Anyone know of a good deal for a fellow forum member??

I am without my bikes all summer and miss them already, and this country looks too good to not ride!

Where are the good biking spots?

East of ALBQ are some ski areas and mountains. Some primo trails in that area. You might check a couple LBSs and see if maybe they will rent you a bike for a while. NM is a great riding area. The Jemez and Santa Fe area also have some great trails. Again, some of the LBSs would be a good resource. I lived there 11 years ago and can't pffer much more help than this.
