Rides in the mesquite area?

I will be in Mesquite for the upcoming weekend. Any information on rides in the area would be appreciated. How is highway 91 north to ride toward St. George UT ? It appears to have some "nice" elevation. How is the road surface, shoulder etc. Thank you for any information.

Other than Hwy 91, there's pretty much no place to ride in Mesquite. So do that. It's a tough, long climb. But Fun!
