Santana Hadley hub spacer size?

Does anyone happen to know the inside diameter and width of the spacer that Hadley uses on the OEM Santana rear hubs, that goes in on the non-drive side when the drum brake is not installed?

It's a long story, but I'm in a hotel tonight before a ride tomorrow and need to try and find a makeshift solution at Home Depot early tomorrow morning. Our Cabrio triplet is packed inside our minivan and I'd rather not dig it out in the parking lot if I don't have to! I made a temporary spacer out of a paper clip, which seems to be working, but would rather have a real washer. (A very Macguyver fix if I do say so myself :-)

Got it, thanks to a good friend: the ID is 14 millimeter, the OD is 20 millimeter and the thickness is 3 millimeters.
