Yakima round to OEM crossbars

I have a Sidewinder tandem rack. I recently bought an Acura MDX with OEM crossbars that are aerodynamically shaped. The Sidewinder expects a round crossbar. Does anyone know of an adapter that would allow me to continue to use the Sidewinder with the aerodynamic OEM crossbars? I checked with Yakima, and they don't make an adapter for the MDX roof rails - and round bars tend to be quite noisy compared to the OEM bars.

Yakima makes a series of "mighty mounts" one of which could work with your OEM bars. They also allow Yakima products to mount to their new aero style bars.
If you have a shop that carriers Yakima you could go check.
