Rear Disk Wheel for 160mm Spaced Tandem

My brother and I are going to Nationals to do the tandem TT. I have a Campy Ghibli that I don't think we can modify to fit my Santanna. It looks like Corima makes a disk rated for tandems (C+). Anyone know if it can be spaced to 160mm without engaging a machine shop. I run a long cage XTR derailleur, 9 speed. Any other ideas. I'm not convinced the Aerospokes are any better than my Sweet 16's from an aero perspective.

IMO Sweet 16s should do the trick and no worries about wind gust affecting the disk.
