Surrey bike
I want to buy one or build one. Why the same bike ordered from Alibaba cost less than $900 and if you buy in USA it is almost $3000?

A tandem bike is two or more riders one behind the other.
What are you looking to buy/build? Google shows images of lots of different styles of surrey bikes. Some of which involve two tandem frames side by side.

Alibaba is FOB somewhere in China; it is going to cost you more than $3000- to get just one to the USA. You need to arrange: packaging for shipment, pick up at the FOB site, export documentation, import documentation, arrange with a shipper to pick it up, arrange for it to be put in a LCL container, arrange for customs clearance, arrange for a shipper to pick it up from US Customs and get it to you.
