Has anyone ordered parts from starbike.com in Germany?
Even with the cost of shipping, a set of Schwalbe MARATHON MONDIAL EVOLUTION LINE, FOLDING BEAD 26 x 2.0 tires is a lot less expensive from starbike.com than from Amazon.
Is a European version of a Schwalbe tire going to be any different than what is sold by a company in the USA?

It's been a few years since I ordered from starbike.de but no problems then.

I have ordered from them on several occasions with no issue. They sell the same stuff as we get in the us with less overall markup on many brands.

I've also made several orders from Starbike and had no problems with them. IIRC they offer certain chainrings and other parts that aren't easy to get elsewhere.

Well, based on the responses, I threw caution to the wind and ordered 2 tires from starbike.com for about $40 less than the cost through Amazon. Thanks for the responses. I will post after I receive the tires to report if all is okay.

I ordered 2 Schwalbe tires. They took about 17 days to arrive. The communication and service from starbike.com were very good and the price savings was well worth the extra shipping time. The products arrived as advertised and in good shape. I would order the same products from starlike.com again.
