I think thatís the European site for Santana. Their main site, for North America, is:

https://santanatandem.com

No hyphen

The website might still exist, but it feels like Santana stopped caring about it a decade or two ago. Can you still buy Sweet 16 Wheels?

They have their new models on it (Synergy, and Evolve "coming spring 2020"), so it's at least somewhat updated. Still a lot of older content, though. Could definitely use a refresh.
The URL with the hyphen is Santana Europe, based out of Rosenheim, Germany. (As a side note, it's a cool shop there in Rosenheim, right on the rail line from Munich to Salzburg; stop in if you are ever in the area...)

About a week ago, Bill M. mentioned that their first monocoque carbon tandem had just passed its tests and was headed for production. No details, but I just offer it was a point of data for the OP.
