142 thru axle to 145 qr

I have been given a pair of thru axle wheels and would like to convert them to 145qr I have a lathe so making end caps and disc spacers isn't a problem, but I can't find any measurements.

I just did this for a 160mm rear skewer. I had some cheap Amazon skewers from a project and re-used the cam lock and the threaded nut but needed the shaft to make them work. Not sure what measurements you are looking for. I purchased some 5mm stainless steel rod and cut to length and threaded each end with...I think m10? I can check if you want but not sure what measurements your having trouble with.
