Back in the saddle again.......
 

It's been almost 4 1/2 months since our last tandem ride. My husband had decided to take up surfing in Sept. and first time out ended up cracking a rib. After many setbacks he has finally been able to get to the point where it doesn't kill the ribs to ride a bike. He rode his single a few days ago and suggested that we take a short easy ride on the tandem to see how he could handle that.

We only rode 15 miles, but it was fantastic, loved every minute of it. Being on the tandem is my most favorite thing to do and I missed it terribly. I have been riding my single, but poor hubby hasn't done a thing. There is hope now that we won't miss the Great Western Bicycle Rally in Paso Robles this year. :love:
