I'm going to go with DaVinci on this as well. Sort of a no-brainer, really. Durable wheels built by an expert, Cost $555 and weigh 840g/1060g for front/rear. By comparison, Topolinos cost $1,419 and weigh 698g/900g; Rolfs can be had for $949 on sale now, but weigh 775gm/1040gm; Spinergy is probably the best cost for a super lightweight at $899.00 for total weight 1550g similar to Topolinos (unsure of the f/r breakdown).
So, for a ~300g difference between Topolinos and DaVincis you pay 3x as much. I think I'm taking crazy pills. Even with the added benefit of rotating weight loss, I can't justify that just yet.
I've tried to judiciously shave weight by picking up new seatposts, stems, handlebars eBay, which I think will give a pretty good $/g ratio.

Not an expert here, but the daVinci wheels have been bullet proof for us (350 lb. team) for 9000 miles. One of the WI hubs just came a bit out of adjustment, but the bearings are like new and the wheels remain true. It would be easier to air up the tires with 24h wheels however
