How to Sell a Tandem?
 

In the MTB world everyone uses the Pinkbike.com classifieds. They're free, allow a few photos and get a lot of traffic. What's the road tandem version of this?

We purchased our Speedster on Craigslist, I would suggest starting there. The nice part of selling local is no shipping hassles.

Ugg, had some friends try to sell some real nice ones, always a super pain. Vintage tandems do not sell well as the geometry is not as good as the newer bikes.

It is hard to sell used tandems and you will almost certainly be disappointed with the offers. Tandems are a buyer's market. I'd use the standard sources - craigslist, paceline, the classifieds here and, if you have a local shop that specializes in tandems, I'd try and work out consignment.
