Houston Half Car/Half Bike Commute

Hi Everyone,

I live in the Katy area and I am considering doing a half car half bike commute to the medical center for school and work. Any ideas on where I should park? Do you think it is possible to park at one of the park and ride lots? I have never done a bike commute before so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Plan in reverse. Pick a rough distance you want to ride. Then find a safe path/route to ride. Park at the end.

Do you have strava? I've seen a few people on strava that do this exact commute from Katy to Texas Medical Center. Sometimes the full commute or half commute.

Actually, I have never heard of strava before. I'm looking at it right now. Thank you!
