you can get a no frills fitting done at almost any bike shop - not sure what they'll charge you.
But if you want the cadillac of bike fit, you go to Tad hughes: Tad Hughes Custom Fit Studio | Texas' only independent Master Bike Fitter and retailer of 100% custom footbeds for any lifestyle.
but it'll cost ya...
where in houston are you? (where do you ride/want to ride?)

I went to the Bike Barn in West University on Weslayan. The best and lead person there is Cynthia. It's about a 2 to 2-1/2 hr. fit. You get a report at the end which gives information about you an your physical condition as well as before and after bike changes (what was adjusted for fit). It's done with video and is about $300.00 with a follow-up for adjustments.

Thank You, I live at 59 and beltway 8 North. Looking to get into long distance for triathlon training but I am an Absolute beginner who also has more weight to lose, I am already down 175 pounds though.

Congrats on the weight loss! I would suggest going for a more discount fit first at a place like Bike Barn and getting used to the bike and build up a bit of distance. Once you are closer to your goal weight and have some idea of where your sore/hot spots are in your current position, then go to Tad Hughes or one of the other more in-depth fitters and pay for a full professional fit. You will get more out of the fitting if you have enough experience and knowledge about your own likes/dislikes to give them input on what you are looking for.
