Texas Hill Country Loop?
Wondering if anyone here has ridden it? Wondering about doing it in late November or early December.

The one I was considering is the Adventure Cycling Route.

Nice country to ride over there and your timing is about right.
Vanderpool to Leakey (pronounced Lay-Key) is a favorite:
Backroads Reservations - Great Destinations in the Texas Hill Country
-Bandera

I haven't done that loop per se, but I've done a lot of riding in the area it covers. The part around Kerrville (especially Hunt) is my favorite part of the state.
The ACA map doesn't take you as far west as Vanderpool/Leakey. The road that links the two, FM 337, is a hell of a ride. No shoulder, tight-radius turns for short sightlines, and a killer climb.

There are several loops in this area with challenging climbs. Park and begin at Lost Maples SNA look at a map and create your own loop. You will not be disappointed.
