Reviews of big group rides
Hi,
I've found wheel brothers to be a good source of rides to do around Texas. They provide the date, and links to signups, cost, etc.
However, I haven't seen much in the way of reviews of these rides. It's not until you actually do a ride that you find out how well organized it is, how much of the time you're riding on the shoulder of a busy road, what they provide at rest stops, etc.
To that end, here are some of my thoughts from a few rides. Please add your own reviews!
Pedal for the prarie:
Breakfast: Breakfast tacos, pastries, coffee, fruit, energy bars.
Lunch, Pulled pork sandwiches
Stops: Gatorade, Jelly Beans, Brownies, cookies, energy bars, popcorn
