I've had good experience at RBM, mostly with repair folks. I've never had a bad experience with a pushy salesmen.. just don't expect good service on a busy saturday..

Did you mean complete bike purchases, or bike related purchases? If you mean complete bikes, I'd have to disagree. I get decent service at most of my LBS's, and have never bought a complete bike from a single one of them. They also never try to "sell" me one. I do however buy a LOT of parts and accessories, so I've bought the equivalent of 2-3 new bikes over the last five years I guess.,,,,BD:D

Agreed!! I can't count the number of times I've gone in, either riding or with my bike in the car, to have them help me with something. One day I finally put my foot down and told them I had to pay them something! Super-nice guys and they seem to be willing to go out-of-their way to help you out. And the location is great!
