Goliad?
I'm signed up to do the Missions Tour de Goliad this coming weekend (Oct. 20). May be a small turnout due to the MS150 happening the same weekend. Anyone ever done this one or plan on doing it this year?

My buddy is registered for it. I told him I'd go too, but we're also taking another guy from work who doesn't bike much. That means we'll be doing the 30 miler. I'm having trouble justifying spending that much money for a ride where I won't even use any rest stops or any support. I may do the 60 or 80 by myself or just not go altogether. Since I'm kind of broke anyway.

i did it a long time ago, im talking like 14 or 15 years ago. dont remember much of it because i was so young, but if i were closer i would do i just to help the community. i grew up and lived in victoria for 19 years just 20 miles north of there. the missions are cool and a must see, especially hearing the haunted stories of the chapel.
