Worksman has some interesting designs, and they'll work with you to customize it for your needs.

Due to my daughter's muscle issues, (she uses a wheelchair part of the time), she is unable to balance on a bicycle. We got her an adult trike and she loves it. We ride every weekend around the neighborhood and to the grocery store.
