Not bike related but I got to meet President Bush! PICS!!!!

As the title states I thought I would share a few pics! I was picked for the presidential support team this time at work and Bush came on the 31st. Here are some of the pics I took! Enjoy!

The President and First Lady exiting Air Force One

Former President George Bush and wife Barbra

Just a cool Pic

Me with Air Force One

I will also be supporting when he leaves on the today so I hope to get more pics! Just thought I would share!

Got to meet President Bush and shake his hand!

We look like best buds!

Truely an awesome way to start the new year!

WARNING: Do no make this thread get moved to P&R. I will do it, and I'm sure the OP would not appriciate it, but I will not have politically charged threads to continue outside of that area.

first congrats OP, very cool to have such a candid picture of the President.

meeting the POTUS...whoever it may be is an awesome deal indeed.

I remeber my HS band was going to play for President Bush...a very nice honor indeed. quite a few parents complained and the band didn't get to play...ruined it for everyone.

btw the OP never said he works for the President.

OP what is your job though?

+1 (I'm not a fan of the W, but It can be be OK for someone to be excited about meeting the guy)

I wasn't thrilled that he is moving to Dallas.....then again...he DOES enjoy cycling...maybe he'll push for more cycling friendly infrastructure here.

Yea, but I hear he's a one of those baggy shorts wearing MTB guys Maybe we can swing him to the Roadie side.

Imagine if he commuted. Who here wouldn't take a motorized escort through the streets and having traffic blocked off at every intersection during rush hour.
