Any Sherman Area Riders?
I'm in Sherman for the next few months and have been enjoying the cycling on the shoulder of Preston/289 between Pottsboro and Gunter. Compared to riding in Dallas and around White Rock Lake cycling up here is fantastic!! Just a wide open smooth and hilly road with a big shoulder!
Anyone else cycle around the Sherman area? Can you post your routes? and is there a riding group in the region?

I'm not in Sherman, but I know the owners of Sherman Bikes are good people. Look under the "Cycling" tab on their website at both the Routes and Rides sections.

lots and lots of great riding up there... be sure to explore the county roads, no need to ride on a highway shoulder!
