2017 Arkel T-42 and T-28 pannier sets
I purchased these for a 3-week tour through Europe. They were used those 3 weeks plus an additional 3 days on a ride in the US. I am selling the set of 4 panniers together. They are in near-new condition with no damage or blemishes. I am moving to fully waterproof panniers as I'm shifting my tours to harsher climates. They cost $450 new. Selling for $350. Buyer covers paypall fees + shipping.
