FS: 1987 Cannondale ST800 Top Vintage Touring bike
Up for sale is an original top-of-the-line 1987 Cannondale ST 800 touring bike. I purchased this bike in 2017 from the original owner. He purchased it new in November of 1986. Included is the original invoice. The frame is 23” which is a little large for me. I prefer a 21”, I can ride it but it’s not the best fit so I have decided to find it a new home.
It is equipped with all original parts as noted in the photos. For more info please refer to the 1987 Cannondale catalog:https://vintagecannondale.com/year/1987/1987.pdf
Frame has a few minor paint scrapes but no damage to the frame and it has never been crashed in any way as far as I can tell, rides incredibly stable. Includes matching back rack but front rack was not included with the bike. I also have the original owner’s manual as well as official Cannondale touchup paint in the proper Anthracite color.
Asking $600 and prefer local pickup if all possible in the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas vicinity, but will consider shipping at the buyer’s expense. If interested please PM me and I can give more details. Thanks for looking.
