Raleigh Touring bike question

I am looking at a picture of a late 70's to early 80's Raleigh touring bike on CL that is equipped with a Campy Rally rear derailleur, turn down bars with bar end shifters. Any idea what model this could be? I did not see any script on the bike or decals. It did have fancy chrome lugs on head tube and painted fancy lugs at seat tube. I know it is a touring bike as it has a rear carrier and the angles are less aggressive. The Rally derailleur is probably worth the price of the bike.

Thanks, Jeff
