help to identify bike brand

Hi all,

I have recently bought a touring bike. The frame is a Reynolds 853 Touring. But I don't know the builder's decal. Does anyone know what brand is the one in the picture?
Cheers

Picture format not requiring a download would be nice.

Looks like someone poached the AT&T logo.

I would cross post this in the Classic and Vintage forum. And add more pictures- full bike from the driveside, pic of lugs if there are any, pics of any other unique details. Collectively, that forum has seen it all.
I am just guessing this is an older bike based on what I could see in the picture you list. I didn't download the link though, so my suggestion is based on very limited detail.
