so let me know if they are worth buying to use inside Continental touring plus tires???... and how do you like Slime or not like Slime???

I used one on my last tour. I wouldn't do it again. Good tires seem preferable. I was 90% on pavement though.

I prefer bomb-proof tires or tire liners.

Slime can be a mess and it's kind of hit and miss on whether it saves you a repair.

I used a slime tube years ago before I knew better. It didn't prevent a flat, and the green slime oozed out of the tube into the tire.

Most folks have bad things to say about the slime tubes.

Some folks have reported success by buying tubes with removable valve cores and adding 1-2 oz of Stan's or Orange Seal tubeless sealant in each tube.

I find them messy and not always successful. And, when they're not successful, they're even more messy.
