For any interested, Sierra Trading Post has Ortlieb Front Roller panniers (and other panniers) and with this discount code they cost about $70 USD shipped in the US

Thanks very much for that friend. A really great deal. I ordered up a set of yellow bikepackers and sportpackers, although those orange rollers look awesome!

The code no longer works. "This keycode has exceeded its maximum number of uses."

The easy solution is to add your email address to their deal flier and wait two or three days. They normally send a discount about once or twice a week, but during Christmas season expect one every couple of days. Discounts range from 20% to 40% with some offering free or $1 shipping in the US.
Not all codes will provide a discount for Ortlieb products. The code I posted above was the first in five codes I received that applied to Ortlieb products.

Google "STP coupon". There is always a working 25% or 15%+1/2 off SH. 30% are harder to come by and expire quickly. OPs code was the best you can do: 30% + 99cent SH. Note there are a number of exclusions by brand that no coupon will reduce price.
Shopping STP frustrates me because I typically procrastinate on nonessential spending, thus good coupons are forever expiring. Obviously all my fault, but still frustrating.
WRT to the Ortlieb Front Roller Classic panniers, take note that they appear to be NOS. Pictures depict bags with QL1 rack mounts, while description states QL2 mounts, which are the correct mount style for current production. QL1 mounts were "upgraded" to QL2 on Roller Classics at least two years ago, so I have to wonder where STP finds these stashes of apparently NOS bags.
Tool-less QL2 mounts are very handy if you regularly swap bags between bikes with different racks, thus requiring mount adjustment. QL1 mounts require a hex key to adjust but are actually simply, lighter and less likely to break than QL2, and for most users are fine since they'll adjust top mount spacing only once (unless they change rack or bike+rack).

Another great tip: Get a job in a bike shop, it pays off in volumes. Heck I just got a free pair of Pearl Izumi Sun Sleeves in the mail randomly without ordering them. They are useless in the winter as they are cooling but hey they were free. We had folks at the previous shop I worked at who literally did one day a week partially because they loved bikes but also for discounts and deals. Plus you can learn great skills and meet some cool people who have the same passion as you.
