Looks perfect for what she's doing. As a bicycle seat for just riding I'm not so sure. Would lock you in to one spot.

Great if you spend your time riding down the road on just your back wheel.

At 3:24 it looks like it has Brooks style rivets on the nose and back but not the Brooks label. So maybe a slung leather saddle. I suspect the high rear is specifically designed for trick riding so you don't slide off during wheelies.
