Planning a ride from Wilmington, DE to Mount Holly Springs, PA

Can anyone give me a hand planning the best route to get from Wilmington to Mount Holly Springs? My main objectives are too avoid any high traffic roads and keep the total ride around 150 miles. I don't mind hills but I hate grooved pavement and while I'm familiar with the roads around Wilmington, I don't know a whole lot about the roads west of where 372 hits 74. I'd like a route that reasonably easy to follow as I've gotten myself lost on shorter rides but seeing as how this will be longest ride to date, I don't need to be unnecessarily extending it. I'll be riding out there on Friday Mat 27th if that makes any difference. I hope the weather is as nice then as it has been lately around here. Thanks for any help.
