Cheap food pouches/bags for bikepacking.
Head over to ebay and search for "Matin Neoprene waterproof Soft Camera Lens Pouch bag Case Size- S M L XL". Remove the plastic hooks and insert a short piece of nylon strap through the braces, and stitch things together. I did it the easy way with some staples and a layer of electrical tape. Now you need a strap of some sort to secure the pouches to the head tube and you're done! As an extra tear protection I stuffed an empty food can down into each pouch so I can load them up with things that have somewhat sharp edges, like sunscreen and toothpaste tubes.
