Well, back on topic, here is some footage from the next day of my November Tour. Just a short clip showing a friend I made on the road He followed me for a couple of miles, casually strolling around like he owned the place. Gonna look for him when I ride up to Ohio again next year

I want to thank those commenting on the UL bicycle security question (I think this is on topic) - lots of great ideas and options to consider. One other good idea I read somewhere here was using travel door alarms which are only a few oz/$. The motion sensing versions get bad reviews for false alarms, but the mechanical switch ones (door jam pinching 2 leads together) get good reviews - think I'll try one out with a simple bike and tent rig.

I've looked at the motion alarm "Sammy Screamer" with interest. Works with your smart phone.

I don't see how you could possibly misinterpret my comment as an attack. I commented they were enjoying themselves bragging about their creativity and efficiency at putting together inexpensive bicycles. Nothing wrong if you've got something to brag about.
Misinformation is a different thing.
