Dude, you have a bike. Just go F'ing ride it!

Stop with this consumerism and indefinite preparation. You don't need to drop $2,000 on a new bike. You have a bike already! Just go ride! Turn off the computer and go outside. And use that $2,000 to fund two months of bicycle touring. Sheesh.

That Ridgeback looks nice. I didn't think having a bike shipped from over-seas was a viable option. Looks like I may need to broaden my horizons here, thanks. I suppose I should start looking at more bikes form around the world now. I've edited my OP for this.
If the Ridgeback interests you it might be profitable to have a look at this thread....probably the later part and look for posts by "Bretonbikes" who runs a business usingthe 26" wheeled model.

"So since that kind of money isn't a reality for me, and I'm sure for many others as well. What are some free to low cost options for camping?"

You don't want to spend money on using someone else's property, but you want to drop $2k on another bike even though you haven't really used your first bike yet? Don't you think you are being a bit greedy?
I'd really appreciate it if you have nothing of value or positive to add to the discussion, you keep your ignorance, insults, and personal attacks to yourself, and stay out of it. You have absolutely no business whatsoever here with that.
