2017 Ridgeback - Expedition
 

In my hunt for a new bike, this one has risen to the top for me. A big thanks to [MENTION=385973]mstateglfr[/MENTION] for making me aware of this one. My main concern with it is ending up with a defect issue and it being from overseas. I wonder what would happen if that were the case? Beyond that, I don't want hydraulic brakes, but those could be easily swapped out for mechanical. Also, those are Deore hubs on this bike, correct?

They've made a few updates and upgrades to the bike for this model year. They've updated the frame, looks like they've upgraded the hubs from Alivio to Deore, swapped out the drops for a flat, and added disc brakes. Sounds like a good one to me. Comes stock with Schwalbe Marathons, oh yeah!

Does anyone here own any year model of this bike? I'm about ready to pull the trigger on it...
