What do you pack?
One of the questions folks always seem to ask me is "what the heck do you pack and take along on the bike?" so I thought heck I should do a blog post/video about that so I did and it is here:
but in light of that, I'd love to see what some of you take along. I know there are some packing lists out there from some of you, but the question I have is am I missing anything? Do you take more or less? Inquiring minds want to know.

I like your video as a nice overview of what you carry.
BUT the most informative pack-videos I've seen start with a loaded bicycle and unload each item one at a time.
FOR PERFECTION: I'd include a supplementary pack-list WITH weights of each item.
Anyhow, nice work, I enjoyed it.

No, I don't take all of this stuff with me every trip. Some of it I don't take at all, just stuff I use at campgrounds, etc. when in between bike trips.
I never cook, I eat prepared foods or eat out. I never cooked when I backpacked for years. Never liked cooking outdoors.

I was going to say "Way too much food" until you said for two people. I think that you are taking a lot less than most people take (what no kitchen sink?). Personally, I like to put the lock (combo so I do not ever have to worry about loosing the key) on the handlebar, so I get it easily/ quickly, when I pull up to a store.

My whole family is from Pemiscot County; I've spent much time around Caruthersville and Cottonwood Point. Sad to say not much left; meth and other drugs have taken over the county in a bad way.
