Crank is Rubbing Frame Bag While Pedaling

I just picked up a Niner RLT9 Steel 3 star and am loving it so far. I paired it with a Large size Revelate frame bag.

I singed down all the Velcro and rubberized straps tight but the crank rubs the bag whenever I have it semi stuffed.

How do you keep the crank from swiping it? Should I just use a medium size bag instead of Large?

You could make a bridge that goes between the sides of the bag in the middle of the bag to keep it from bulging. The bridge would connect with velcro. You might even be able to simply glue it instead of sew it.

Is my Revelate Ripio Frame Bag too Large / Saggy? Pics inside

You should figure this out. Have you tried the medium bag loaded up?

You either need a different frame bag then.... This one is too big for your needs. Get one custom made, it's not overly expensive.

I thought all the hipsters were into making their own clothes etc. so a sewing machine shouldn't be alien to you. And if it is, shame on you

I have it adjusted now where it doesn't rub at all. The problem was me putting in odd shaped objects.

Also, it has a velcro divider in the middle to hold it closer together, which makes separate compartments if I needed to. Ended up keeping the L size and returning the M
