Have Vittoria Hyper touring tires been discontinued?
I visited the Vittoria site and there is no longer any reference to their Hyper tires. (I realize there was a name change a few years ago from Hyper Randonneur to Hyper Voyager). I am guessing they have been discontinued. Vittoria no longer seems to offer a fast folding touring tire as far as I know. All the tires under their urban category are wire bead tires and they don't offer any that fold.
Various retailers still sell the Hyper tires but I am wondering if Vittoria replaced them with something similar. I am looking for a fast supple light tire with some puncture protection (but not as much as a Schwalbe Marathon) for a moderate price in the 32mm or 36mm range. The bike I will put them on is a 2017 Raleigh Tamland. I plan to add fenders to the bike so I imagine I can't get tires that are much wider. Tan colored sidewalls would be a plus but are not necessary. I will not be using these tires for touring. I will be using these tires for riding on back roads but I may occasionally take the bike on a crushed limestone rail-trail (Great Allegheny Passage) once a year or so.
So, should I just get Vittoria Hyper or are there better options out there?

Instead of guessing, simply contact the seller/mfg directly and ask questions, it takes less time than a post.
Vittoria USA - 27 Congress St, Suite 211, Salem, MA 01970

Q: I don't see Vittoria Voyager Hyper tires on your website. Are they still available?
A: Vittoria Voyager Hyper tires are no longer available. The product has been discontinued.
Amazon still has a few VVH tires in 700x38. QPB has a few 700x 38 VVH tires also.

Schwalbe makes the Marathon Supreme in 32 and 35 mm versions. Slightly slower than the Vittoria Hyper's according to this site: https://www.bicyclerollingresistance.com/ but it's not a massive difference.

Panaracer Pacela?
I have both in 32 and I do prefer the Hyper, it is slightly narrower, lasts longer, better puncture protection and has reflective sidewalls.
Pacela rides slightly better at the same tire pressure though.

Yea, they even dropped the folding Randonneur series as well which was an excellent touring tire also. Personally I don't understand that business decision. Has touring as a niche group become that insignificant ?

That's a screaming deal on the Hypers but you can find the Supremes a lot cheaper than $65 if you look around. I got a pair about a week ago from bike24 for around $30 each: https://www.bike24.com/p2144725.html

Andrey - are you talking about the regular Pasela or the Pasela ProTite?

I do not have any experience with Pasela ProTile , I have an older Pasela TG, fordable bead. I only have one tire left and have it mounted on my dynohub wheel, the regular wheel has Victoria Hyper on it.
At night I use the Pasela wheel , during the day the Victoria wheel.
