My MIL called me today in the post office standing next to a young lady pedaling to idaho, who needed a safer route. Now itís peaked my interest and Iím wondering how she made out

Wilder things have happened. She was trying to get to Beaver and her route had her going down 51. In my haste I neglected to get her info.

I would have suggested crossing over to 65 then back again at Ambridge. Actually there are back streets over there that you can take. Much more pleasant ride and you save yourself a killer hill on 51.

She might have had hills anyway since the bridge to Neville Island is under construction. But showing open for bicycles so maybe the sidewalk is open?

If we need a bike path anywhere that is it.
