nashbar touring frameset

Does anyone have any experience with the nashbar touring frameset? If not, has anyone heard anything about it? I've been keeping my eye out for an affordable setup for a friend of mine, and you really can't go wrong on the price. Opinions?

I have used other Nashbar frames and had no problems. I don't have any experience with the touring frame, but at the current sale price it looks like a good option.
