Recommendation for 3-4 day hub & spoke road tour w/in 500/650miles of Little Rock,AR?

Any ideas for 3-4 day hub & spoke road tour (one base location) within 500/650 miles of Little Rock, AR)? Not especially looking for tons of climbing as this is something to do with my wife who doesn't particular enjoy hills, but we can get through some. Love to be able to wake up, go ride 1.5 - 3 hours after breakfast and then spend the rest of the day lollygagging about and do whatever is in the area and repeat the next day and take in some sights. Been cycling 3 years and we're hooked. But still a little intimidated when I don't know how "bike friendly" a city/community is. Thanks

You might consider St. Louis and the near by large Madison County trail system across the Mississippi in Illinois. Wouldn't be too long a drive for you.

Also I'm close friends with the president of the Arkansas Bicycling Club in Little Rock and can give you a name or two that might be able to help you out.

You might consider Herman, MO.

It's in the middle section of the Katy Trail (no hills).
Herman is probably the most scenic areas of the Katy Trail with large bluffs on one side and the Missouri river on the other.
There are also other rides you could take there if you want to enjoy some rather large hills.

Thanks. Madison County Trail looks very intriguing.

This also looks like a possibility. Have good things about the Katy Trail. Most other seemed more like a few days in a direction, but this might work from here, hub & spoke style.
