Tour De France Scoring
Hi,
Been watching Tour De France for years and have searched the internet but can't figure the general classication scoring. It is the best kept secrete how scoring occurs at the finish line on a single day for all involved. Say three riders cross within 10 seconds and another withing 15 and another within 20 seconds and then five together within 30 seconds and then the pelaton at 40 seconds. I know the peleton group gets all the same time. What about the straglers behind the pelton, do they also get the peleton time? Please advise. Thanks, Joe |
